How is OXDX affected by Covid-19?

If you have any questions or concerns about orders during this time, please email info@oxdxclothing.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please include your order number in the subject line.

We have resumed normal operations in a new location, however it may take longer than our normal timeline to ship. We are currently shipping at least once a week on Fridays. (Orders will be packed 12-5pm MST on Thursdays, I.E. orders made after 12pm MST on Thursday may ship the following week, not the next day).

If you're local to the Phoenix area and would like your order faster, we now offer local pick up! Just select "pick up" as your delivery method and we will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. 

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Orders may take up to 7 days after payment processing to ship. It may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order after you place it.

Orders are being packed with the utmost care for sanitation and cleanliness, however we recommend that when you receive your order you dispose of outer packaging as soon as you are able, and wash your tee before wearing.

Pre-orders, which are tees that have not yet been printed, may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship after payment.

How can I check on the progress of my order delivery?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority with insurance and tracking included so that our customers can follow the status of their deliveries and ensure they arrive safely. This info will be emailed from our web store as soon as your order is ready for shipment. 

Please note that once the package leaves our facility we are unable to intercept its delivery, please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is correct and up to date. We do not assume responsibility for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Can I return or exchange an item I ordered?

We are unable to accommodate returns during this time, unless of course the item you receive is not what you ordered. We do not typically accept returns as most of our releases are produced in limited quantities.

We are happy to exchange an item in-store or by mail, but it must be exchanged within 30 days of initial purchase.

In the event that a return or exchange can be accepted, the customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.

We list sizing charts with most items, but if you have a question or are unsure about sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us.

There are NO refunds on NFL Team Apparel merchandise.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Printed Tees

The best way to care for your tees is to wash inside out, cold water, and hang to dry. Do not iron. Although our prints can withstand machine washing and drying, following the method above will ensure your prints will remain looking new for much longer.

Cut and Sew

The best way to care for your custom made or patched items is by hand washing or dry cleaning. Wash inside out, gentle, cold water, and hang dry. Do not iron. As many of our patched items recycle deadstock tees, and sometimes combine several types of fabric, machine drying can cause unwanted shrinkage and puckering.
