SHIPPING / RETURNS

How is OXDX affected by Covid-19?

If you have any questions or concerns about orders during this time, please email info@oxdxclothing.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Our online store is still open, however it will take longer than our normal timeline to ship. We are currently shipping once a week on Tuesdays. (Orders will be packed after 5pm MST on Mondays, I.E. orders made after 5pm MST on Monday will ship the following week, not the next day).

Due to the non-essential business mandated closures in the state of Arizona, we are unable to access our office on a daily basis. Our office building is also busy creating FDA/CDC approved PPE for hospitals in need, which you can learn more about here.

In order to keep their factory as clean as possible we are limiting our entry into the building, which slows down most of our business processes.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Orders may take up to 7 days after payment processing to ship. It may take up to 7-10 days to receive your order after you place it.

Orders are being packed with the utmost care for sanitation and cleanliness, however we recommend that when you receive your order you dispose of outer packaging as soon as you are able, and wash your tee in hot water before wearing.

Pre-orders, which are tees that have not yet been printed, may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship after payment.

How can I check on the progress of my order delivery?

All orders are shipped via USPS with insurance and tracking included so that our customers can follow the status of their deliveries and ensure they arrive safely. This info will be emailed from our web store as soon as your order is ready for shipment. 

Please note that once the package leaves our facility we are unable to intercept its delivery, please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is correct and up to date.

Can I return or exchange an item I ordered?

We are unable to accommodate returns/exchanges during this time.

Printed Tees

The best way to care for your tees is to wash inside out, cold water, and hang to dry. Although our prints can withstand machine washing and drying, following this method will ensure your prints will remain looking new for much longer.

Cut and Sew

The best way to care for your custom made items, or patched items, is to wash inside out, gentle cycle, cold water, and hang dry. As many of our patched items recycle deadstock tees, and sometimes combine several types of fabric, machine drying can cause unwanted shrinkage and puckering.
